In the fields for Willingness to Meet Demand, Production Arrangement, Location of Production, Production Planning and Management, Inventory Management, Securing Production Factors, Quality, Production Organization, indicate HOW these strategic aspects will contribute to the fulfillment of the production strategy objectives. This template is also quite flexible, in that HOW certain objectives can be attained may be indicated in one sub-strategic aspect only, while other objectives can fall into several sub-strategic categories.
